Cancellation Policy
Booking and Payment
We require booking and full payment in advance of the start of your tour in order to secure your reservation. Payment will be listed as Walk Brisbane on your credit card statement.
Walk Brisbane is able to accept Visa and Mastercard payment methods.
Cancellations
We know that sometimes, unfortunately your plans change. If this happens, and you need to cancel your booking we will accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the commencement time of your tour. Cancellations must be sent to us by email at hello@walkbrisbane.com
No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 24 hours from the tour start time. There are no refunds for late arrivals or no shows on the day of the tour.
Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase.
Amendments (different day, different tour)
Amendments to bookings (different day, different tour) are subject to availability and must be requested as soon as possible by email to hello@walkbrisbane.com. Amendments are only confirmed when you receive an email confirmation from Walk Brisbane.
